The Draping Lingerie class is designed to familiarize fashion students with the couture art of draping in fine silks.
 Students will begin week one & two draping muslin on a dress form (provided in class) to create their first slip. Then they move on to bra structures. Instructor Pamela Ptak will guide you as you develop your garment ideas for a style of your choosing. This class is designed for those who want to explore the creative process using the methods of the haute couture. Pamela makes it her mission to increase your confidence while she teaches you rare creative techniques. If you do not have muslin or pattern paper, you may purchase these supplies from the instructor. This class is taught by fashion designer Pamela Ptak who makes custom garments for red carpet events & worked 12 seasons on designer collections for the Paris Haute Couture and NY Fashion Week.
